Staff was so good amenities were also so good Swimming pool is so small and was also covered and inaccessible Pleasant stay First aid rescue provided urgently as requested Its pricey in terms of room charges and food in cafe's and restaurants Food in Nadia can be elevated in terms of quality and taste considering their high charges Check in and check out was pleasant but was lengthy (recommended to digitalize the process to reduce the wait time) Many doors are kept closed to access garden which made us to detour longer to go outside.

Exceptional facilities, from the room amenities to the food options. Furthermore, the overall infrastructure of the hotel seemed to be in a good, sturdy and clean condition. A pleasant surprise was the availability of entertainment rides for kids in the hotel that made the overall experience quite child-friendly as well. The staff were also quite cooperative and always available.

Big nice hotel 2 hours away from Islamabad. It has a big park/forest to walk around and views on the valley and mountains. It is nice place to relax and enjoy the views and nature. Staff is welcoming and professional. Restaurant is very good. Hotel could use some renovation and better cleaning in the rooms, but it is still good value.

Room was excellent. Wonderful buffet and breakfast. Room service (Fish and Chips) was also good. Did not like the security check in at the entrance gate. Billiard staff person was an awesome fellow. He turned into an excellent coach for my daughter. Highly appreciated his kind guidance.

very good. staffs are friendly. Property well maintained. At first AC in our room was not working, but they sent technicians and repaired it quickly . Kids area is good. Hiking track is good. board game is good. fresh fish very tasty.

Loved the room, the staff, the facilities, and the comgyness. Also enjoyed complimentary live music in their open-air theater. Had a good time in the family-friendly pool, wish it was temperature-regulated. Ladies' health center was nice, with a female-only Jacuzzi. Above all, the buffet breakfast was delicious. Oh yes, they served a yummy chicken karahi for dinner (room service) and we loved it.
